• Preferably MBA (specializing in Finance/Marketing) from reputed institute.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the B2B segment having experience in Technology Sales, SaaS, Fintech Industry or Banking/Financial Services.• Experience in managing relationships with C-level Executives.• Current/prior experience of working with local regulatory authorities.• Successful previous experience in Sales/BD.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong business sense• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.• Fluent in English and Bengali• Experience in CRM
