• Work close with DMD of the Group, guide proactively and be able to carry the Board on critical company's money matters, investments and the, taking into consideration risk and liquidity, the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing, addressing the issues surrounding capital structure.• Championing Strategy Planning process and Drive Annual financial / Non-Financial Budgeting process alignment with the Company’s Strategic plan.• Partner with the Top Management and Divisional Heads to assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the group's long-term strategy.• Proactive in projecting the long-term financial picture of the group and by how the company thrives based on recommended analyses through gap analysis on the financial performance for all businesses and SBUs and evolve strategies for optimization.• Proactive in providing consistently analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes.• Develop and establish Group Financial policies, procedures, and benchmarks with best-in-class organization and ensure that the company runs with Oracle base ERP, SOP & policies.• Take charge of Group Treasury management such that all Group funds are at single point control and provide & monitor cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed as well as banking relationships.• Oversee the budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow and coordination of audit activities as well as accounts payable and receivable for the Group, Clusters, SBUs.• Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate for all audit activities to ensure compliances in all aspect to protect the company's interest and mitigate risk.
• Certified Accountant: FCA/ICMA/ACCA/CIMA with an MBA preferred.
• 20+ years as Group CFO in a large RMG manufacturing group with multiple woven factories.• Business Scale: Must have managed a business with annual revenue of $250 million or more.• Financial Policy Expertise: Experience in developing and establishing group financial policies, procedures, and benchmarks for best-in-class organizations.
